Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy

Client agrees that there will be NO FOOD, NO smoking, drugs or destructive behavior in the vehicle/s. Food is only allowed in a vehicle

if specific permission is obtained in writing by Asher’s Limo.

Client also agrees that there will be no underage persons in any vehicle when there is alcohol present.

NO BEVERAGES or FOOD allowed in a shuttle or charter bus. Restrooms are to be used for liquid waste only. Notify the driver if solid waste is necessary. He will stop at nearby at a safe and convenient place for you to exit the bus. Odor cannot be eliminated during trip.

I also understand that any and all deposits are non refundable under any circumstances. Any subsequent payments are also nonrefundable.

Overtime is charged by the half hour, per vehicle, and commences 10 minutes after the scheduled time. 31 minutes overtime will be charged one full hour. This is a grace period, and not free time. Overtime must be paid in cash only, and is due at the occurrence. Payments will be made to the driver. BEFORE arriving at the reception or final destination; not after you have arrived. Time begins at SCHEDULED pick up time and ends at the FINAL drop off.

Client agrees to pay for any broken or missing champagne glasses at a rate of $ 10.00 per glass Client also agrees that he/she will pay for any damage to both interior and exterior directly caused by clients and/or their guests. The client agrees to pay a $ 250.00 sanitation fee if client/guest vomits, there is a fluid spill, or severely dirty interior is left by any persons client allows into the vehicle. Situations whereas food and or garbage have been strewn throughout the contracted vehicle will be considered a sanitation event, and client will be charged for those conditions.

Asher’s Limo, LLC is NOT responsible for any item left in the vehicle during the contracted period of time. The client agrees to check the entire vehicle for belongings before leaving the vehicle at the end of the contracted period of time. All passengers will exit the vehicle in a orderly fashion.

Any changes or amendments to the contract must be made, in writing, no later than 2 days prior to scheduled pick up. Changes must be approved by our office, We reserve the right to adjust the price as a result of any changes made by the client if deemed necessary by Asher’s Limo, LLC.

Asher’s Limo, LLC agrees to provide a clean and safe vehicle. We do random drug and alcohol screening, and background checks of all our drivers.. All drivers possess a CDL license with passenger endorsement. Drivers shall NOT be subjected to profanity, physical or verbal abuse by any client or passenger in the contracted vehicle. All vehicles are insured for $5,000,000 liability.

Each bus is inspected by NJMVC Commercial Bus Inspection every six months. We guarantee basic service. You are guaranteed basic radio, heat and/or air conditioning. Although our vehicles are loaded with many amenities, we can only guarantee the basic and fundamental options that are necessary for vehicle operation.

For weddings only, we will provide you with a tuxedo clad driver, bottled water, ice, red carpet service, and complimentary champagne.

It is also agreed and understood that Asher’s Limo, LLC shall not be held liable or responsible for any delays in traffic, road blocks, delays for inclement weather, and/or alternate route delays caused by the client or a passenger of the contracted vehicle misdirecting the driver. In the event of a State of Emergency issued by the Governor, we will allow you to reschedule your event within 30 days of the original date. In this case and this case only, monies deposited will be transferred to the new date. Monies will NOT be refunded. In the event of mechanical failure, we reserve the right to make a comparable substitution. In the event that we have advance notice of a vehicle being taken out of service; we will call you and advise you of your options. If we cannot come to an agreement on an acceptable substitution we will allow you to cancel your contract and receive a full refund. If a vehicle becomes disabled en route to your service or destination, we will send a comparable substitution at no extra charge to you.

It is further understood that client shall not cause any contracted vehicle to be overloaded past the passenger capacity of any contracted vehicle.

If the wedding is cancelled within 7 days of the wedding date, the remaining balance is subject to payment in full. All other contracted trips cancelled within 5 days require the remaining balance to be paid in full.

Client/s agrees that all claims or complaints must be submitted in writing to Asher’s Limo, LLC no later than 14 days after the scheduled event. If Asher’s Limo deems it necessary to enlist attorneys or collection of monies due to non payment of services, or a breach of this contract, it shall be at the expense of the client. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in termination of your ride, and/or forfeiture of all payments and deposits.
